Three prices, printed here and repeated in your written quote. No discovery call, no hourly estimate, no “contact us for pricing.” If we deliver late, you don’t pay.

Scope
What counts as a screen or a key flow.
We agree the list with you in writing before you pay anything. We propose one based on your buyer’s request and on what your users do most.
- A screen
- One distinct view or page template — for example, the dashboard, a settings page or a results table.
- A key flow
- One task from start to finish, every step included — for example, sign in with password reset, create an assignment, or submit a payment.
- More than 15?
- If your product can’t be represented fairly in 15, we say so in the quote and offer a tighter scope or a fixed price for the larger one. You decide before paying.
Payment and guarantees
How you pay, and what happens if we’re late.
- When you pay
- 50% when you accept the written quote, 50% on delivery. Both by card, through a Stripe payment link. A receipt for every payment.
- Late means free
- If we miss the delivery date in your quote, you don’t pay: we refund your deposit, cancel the balance, and still deliver the report.
- When the clock starts
- The five business days start when we have the deposit, a working test account and the agreed list of screens and flows. If your test environment goes down during testing, the date moves by the same amount of time, and we tell you the same day, in writing.
- Retest
- One retest of the issues in the fix list, at any time within 90 days of delivery, completed within 3 business days of your request. You then receive an updated ACR with a new report date.
- Corrections
- If a remark is wrong on the facts — a feature we misread, a version number — we correct it at no charge.
- Cancellation
- Cancel before testing starts and we refund the deposit in full. Once testing has started, the deposit covers the work done.
- ACR Care billing
- Billed monthly by card. Three-month minimum, then month to month; cancel by email.

What no price on this page buys.
Knowing what isn’t included is part of the price.
- Code fixes or design work — we describe fixes; your team makes them.
- Legal advice, contract review, or accessibility warranties signed on your behalf.
- A certificate or seal. None exists for ACRs.
- Native mobile apps, desktop software and hardware.
- Screen readers other than VoiceOver with Safari on macOS (no JAWS, NVDA or TalkBack).
- Testing under the DHS Trusted Tester process.
- Calls or meetings.

Are there any other charges?
No. The price in your written quote is the price. Anything outside it — more screens, a second product, a new edition — is quoted separately, in writing, before any work is done.
Why do the Section 508, EU and INT editions cost more?
They report on more than the WCAG criteria: the Section 508 functional performance criteria and the software and support chapters, or the EN 301 549 clauses — and the 508 edition adds GSA’s Issue Detail Supplement and a draft Supplemental Accessibility Report.
How do we pay?
By card, through a Stripe payment link: half when you accept the quote, half on delivery. If your company needs another payment method, ask before you order.
